Miami Zarauskas, LPC-Associate

You’re an adult who has tried therapy before, maybe multiple times, but feels discouraged because it never seems like the right fit. Maybe you’ve felt like you’re talking in circles, analyzing your experiences but never getting to those tangible shifts you’re looking for. You want a relationship with a therapist where you feel truly seen and heard, and where you can go deeper than you’ve been able to in the past.

Many of my clients have been told how “self-aware and strong” they are, but feel stuck and disconnected from themselves. They struggle with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, and issues with self-worth and relationships. They need more than typical talk therapy and are ready to try a different approach.

That’s where our work together can come in! I want to be part of your journey and stand in your corner. My goal is to understand each person’s symptoms by getting to their root and to use compassionate and deep approaches to create change. Through prioritizing our connection, we'll open up the space to take a deep dive and help you connect with yourself. I utilize experiential forms of therapy such as Coherence therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic-based therapy to help you disconnect from your brain and reconnect with your emotions.

I can't wait to connect with you!
